what 3 bombers changed the world as we know it today?
I would have to say...
the b-52 protected america during the cold war. they flew non-stop around the world during the cold war. they were ready to strike at anytime. The b-52 has been in service for over 50 years and is planned to stay in service for another 50!
This was the world's first fully stealth bomber. It is an inovated bomber. It's a flying wing. The enemy never see's a B-2 approaching.
The B-49 was the first bomber to incorperate jet turbine engines. It also had swept wings which gave it a higher speed.

I say the B-29 I think this was the plane that carried both atomic bombs. It was the first plane that could carry a lot of wait. It also assisted in making history with the first droping of an atomic weapon.
